I love this three day weekend thing. I can sleep in if I want to, but I am so used to getting up. Between the military and my job, it's just become habit. But the best part is just lying around in my bed with my girlfriend. We woke up half naked this morning, and just laid together for hours. I love just lying there, running my fingers through her hair and feeling her body against mine. It's amazing. I mean, you could spend hundreds od dollars to go on vacation and go somewhere nice and see the world, but I swear just theses few days at home, just us together, just spending time together, is far better than anything I could see or do on a vacation. She is just so amazing sometimes to me. But then again, that's what it's about isn't it? Just taking time to realize the small things you have, and appreciate them for what they are and what you have.
