Hi everybody, I got some good news today. My parents even got be out of bed to tell me about it. Appartently I got some kind of scholarship of sorts and it pays for all of my tuition at any community college in California as well as any CSU, so that's really a great thing for me since I'm the one paying for all of it right now. It's also great because I intend to go to CSU Bakersfield for my Master's degree, so the funds will really help out then. I still have until next January at the college I'm at now, I go to Antelope Valley College, but I should be at CSUB by the beginning of February next year. Yipee! I'm even considering going for my PhD. if everything works out with this since it means I can avoid having to take out student loans up until that point. Anyway please keep me in your thought and wish that this all works out. If it does, then it will have a great influence on the remainder of my life. I'm really excited about all of this.

What are you planning on studying?

I don't know yet. I'm thinking anthropology, but I don't know if that will give me enough options in the futre as to what I want to do as far as a career.
