Started stage one of the remodel to get my commercial kitchen built! Also cleaning and inventorying service equipment and supplies to start the public market season next month. I can't wait! This is gonna be so awesome!

It's surprisingly relaxing listening to the sound of hundreds of horny amphibians croaking in search of a mate while you're crashing out. Sure beats a delivery truck driving by the bedroom window every fifteen to half an hour!
