I will be featuring a very small selection from my "Juddy's Gourmet Luau" menu consisting of different skewered meats and tofu all marinated in my island style secret sauce then grilled to mouthwatering perfection. I will also be slangin said sauce by the bottle as well. This will be a beta test, if you will, until after Memorial Day when I will be expanding my menu to include full plate lunches derived from any and all of my full menu items (and more!) available through my catering site.
