Well, all the beers were the dynamite, and that one shilleleigh was the fuse that set it off.

she took a sip, and commented on how strong it was mixed, so I asked if she'd like me to mix in some more Bailey's and take the edge off and she guarded it and said "no, it tastes gooooood..."
