I'd like to use this time to explain how my big mouth and lack of attention gets me in trouble sometimes. I was interviewing for a job in a clothing store today and was doing an excellent job in the interview. I was dressed nicely in their brand and was confidently answering everything in a manner that the store manager seemed pleased with. All of a sudden the question comes up, "How would your friends describe you?" I gave a very sincere answer with positive traits that'd help me with the job. Great. I then had to speak up again and say "I would also say they'd all call me very intelligent." My next thought was that book smarts from my major in Biological Engineering wouldn't help me much at a clothing store, so I blurted out, "Though I don't know how that'd help me in this job." Awkward silence ensued.

Schwagstock is this weekend, so I'll be unresponsive until Monday. Should be a really interesting weekend all-in-all. Hippy music festival and camping out for several days with some great friends. Excellent use of my time.

Better yet, when I come back on Monday I should also have a brand new job at Chili's.
