man I feel so fucking bad, I've dipped into some chicken this past week...twice or three times. I'm not feeling bad physically but my head is all sorts of messed up, I shouldn't it. It's been a decade pretty much since I made my decision but as of late all I hear is the other side of being a vegetarian, the bad side. Now, granted I've been doing this for so long that I should be steady as a rock on that part of it, the part where "people will say and talk..." but this comed from a person that I really admire and respect as a professional, she deals with nutrition and such....
Oh man! ...it's hard, it's cheaper and less healthier. that's the mantra.
