For those that argue that there are only Two sexes/genders please try to keep in mind that there are 6 sexes (as in physical expression of sex, genetic determination is much more complicated as you can actually have XY chromosomes and still express physically as female) and numerous genders, while gender is often viewed as a social construct the roots of it lie in the hormones released in utero which happens well after sex is determined. This is basic science.

As for what God made you the Bible is a bit schizophrenic on the notion even once you weed out the deliberate mistranslations - for every women serve there's a God doesn't care. Take a look at Galatians 3:28, maybe Romans 2:11, and you should definitely take John 3:16-17 to heart before entering into any debate.
