Yesterday morning, a friend of mine that pilots an air ambulance helicopter, passed away after his helicopter crashed during the yesterday's storm. He was transporting a patient at the time. There were a total of 4 people on the helicopter. No survivors. This was extremely hard news to wake up to this morning. I have been fighting back the tears all day. He leaves behind a mother, sister, wife, and daughter. His daughter is a year older than mine. I have so many great memories with him. Late night bon fires, not leaving the bar until they were closing, mud riding, or just sitting around talking shit about everything. He was a great guy. I can't think of a single person that didn't love him. He will be missed.
