Tonight my old high school will be having their annual music program. It is a long program. All of the music classes from the elementary all the way through the high school will be performing. I have been to this thing many times because I was a band geek in my school days. Tonight I will be taking my niece. As some of you may know, my niece entered the 6th grade this year. She also started taking band. She is playing saxophone, which is the same as what I played in school. Her parents are out of town for the week so Ill be taking her tonight. I am excited to see her play but, to be honest, not so excited to sit through the entire program. I know first hand how long these programs are and Ill be sitting on bleachers. Those bleachers kill my back. Oh well, It'll be worth it to see her play. :)
