Well today after my workout at the crossfit gym my instructor game over and told me he thinks I am doing well enough to come on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He told me when I joined that he usually doesn't let newbies come on Tuesdays and Thursdays because the moves are more advanced. I have only been doing crossfit for a week. So yea, I am a bit nervous. Starting Monday I will be going to the gym everyday Monday Through Friday at 5am and every now and then Ill also go on Saturday at 8am. That is a lot. I am very nervous but also excited. I have been working real hard on my own to get into better shape and loose all the weight I had gained. That worked fine for awhile but it has gotten really hard to continue on this path alone. Going to the crossfit gym (so far) has been enjoyable and it is nice having people to help support and push you. I feel like this is going to be a fun and exciting journey and I feel like I now have a much better chance at getting into better shape.

@gaiah good luck with yours as well. I am really enjoying it so far. It's tough but fun. I feel a bit guilty because I didn't go today. I got some tattoo work done last night and figured I'd take a break from the gym today. But I'll be back at it tomorrow
