Yesterday.....ouch...I am so sore today.
My entire body is sore. Yesterday was my first day and I go back tomorrow. I'll be doing crossfit 3 times a week for awhile until I get everything figured out and then I will try to start going 4 to 5 times a week. At least that is the plan. Just depends how it all works out.
