So I want to start a new workout routine. I want to join a class. I have been exercising on my own for a few months and have lost 40lbs but I'd like to join a class. That way I can have someone help me do things correctly. Also I have anxiety real bad and I don't get out and socialize much. I figured joining a class would help get me out of the house a bit. I am torn between joining kickboxing or crossfit. Kickboxing has classes twice a week and during hours in which I would need to find a sitter for my girls. The crossfit gym is open six days a week with classes during hours where I wouldn't need a sitter. The crossfit gym is also closer. Crossfit is also twice the monthly fee as kickboxing. Have any of you done kickboxing or crossfit and would you give me some advice on which you prefer and why?
