Need your opinion/advice
As some of you may know I have been working to lose some weight and get into better shape. I just finished recovery week of the Insanity workout which is a little more than halfway through the 63 day program. Monday starts the next segment which is more intense. I started walking everyday about a month before i started insanity. I have also been going to the gym 3 times a week and dieting as well. If you have been following you know I haven't weighed myself once. I felt that if I did I would get discouraged and give up. I have seen some visual results along with strength and stamina results. I can also fit into some old clothes again. Here is my question. Now that I am halfway, do you think I should weigh myself now or wait until I complete the whole program? Let me know what you think and why. Thank you.
