Just started week 3 of the Insanity workout program. This is my 2nd fit test compared to my first day fit test. Yes, I know I have terrible hand writing.
For those who may have been following I still have not looked at the scale. Still trying to go as long as possible without looking at it.
Have any of you done the Insanity workout? If so, what was your experience like and what kind of results did you see?
