I joined my local gym. Can't afford the personal trainer tho. I finished day 6 of insanity. I get a break day tomorrow. Gonna go visit my family tomorrow, and have a cookout. I get to eat a cheeseburger yay. On Monday I start back on insanity and I will also be doing the 3 day military diet. If you don't know what that is then look it up. It's a pretty strick diet. I am only doing it this week then back to my normal diet. I am also going to try and make it to the gym 2 to 3 times a week. I have still not looked at the scale. Trying to go as long as possible without weighing. I have begun to notice a difference in my ab area which makes me happy. Hopefully I can keep it up.
