Introduction

Minced beef, white onion, spring onion, fresh cucumber, pickled cucumber, red and yellow peppers, closed cup mushrooms, chopped tomatoes in juice, eggs, paprika, dried chilli, water cooked in lard in a sauce pan. Half cooked spaghetti added to the mix in a baking tray topped with mozzarella cheese and baked for half an hour. Side salad is cucumber, pickled cucumber, spring onion, radish, yellow pepper and add sweet chilli sauce if you like. This dish tastes best when it's eaten the next day.
