offer on the house i want was turned down trying for none traditional financing

WOrking on in the theater again
it pays well and has it's moments but I have a law degree and would like to use it

bills suck

also not having time to paint or take photos is weighing me down

having about the same amount of luck with both.
Told my sister I was placing an offer on a house she did not believe me untill i lamented writing a check for the ernest money.
