so the buckcherry concert that i was so damn excited to go up to on the 20th got cancelled. oh the tragedy. but on the plus side, went with some pals to a car show. met a lot of new people, and had a good time.
and it payed off! last night, while driving away from the show, my car wasn't acting right. basically the turbo was spooling up, but it wasn't pressurizing the engine. so i'm figuring there's a leak somewhere in the intercooler piping. it's not rocket science. but i couldn't find any leak. well, one of the dudes i met at the car show, he knows a lot about my type of car. so i drive my happy ass up there, he helps me out (found the part that had a small leak, and we duct taped it! gotta love makeshift repairs), and i got a new set of fuel injectors too! ROCK ON! oh, and the dude is deaf. so this is the longest i've hung out with a deaf person. cool guy, gonna have to hang out with him more.
oh, i still have an extra concert ticket, buckcherry is supposed to be coming back in june i think. anybody wanna come?
