Bumbershoot is coming this weekend. I am debating on whether I should go. I am kinda lacking in dinero.
There are a few bands I want to see; Carissa's Weird, The Spits, The Divorce and some other bands I cannot think of their names now.
If I do go, it has to be either Friday or Monday. Friday would probably be preferable since there isn't as many people as the other days. I like going to see bands particularly in smoky bars where the capacity is 100-200 people and it's only $10 or $12 to watch. There's also a sense of initimacy btw the band and the crowd. Bumbershoot is like 200,000 people going to see a bunch of bands and security treats you like cattle and you have to go through a series of lines and wait 1 or 2 hours to see a band. Plus you are paying $20 for the privilege. Not my idea of fun!
