It looks like I am not going to Idaho after all to see my Mom. The money is not there (Thanks to rent!) and frankly I hate traveling during the holidays. Too many people and other crap. I am staying here.
I am going out to do some serious drinkin' and karaoke with the SG Seattle crew. I regrettably have been lagging in my social duties to the group and I must make due at some point. Maybe I will go to Bumbershoot this year too. I cannot believe they fucking raised the prices this year TO $25! Shit! I can remember when it was only $10 bucks to get in.
I am looking forward to not having to work on Monday as well. I hope everybody has a kickin' weekend. I know it's only Thursday but what the hell!
On edit: I had a cool penguin animated gif that was here only to be replaced by some right-winger's propaganda about a certain presidential candidate. WTF!!!! However the graphic has been restored.
