I am seriously considering moving into another apartment. I have been looking at my finances and I am coming to the hard-faced conclusion that I really cannot afford to live here.
I am looking at possibly renting a room in the U-District. I saw one place advertised at $330 a month plus with a refrigerator. If I could get a room for anywhere between $320 to $375 a month, that will put a big wad of money back in my pocket and help wipe out my debts considerably.
The advantage of living in the U-District is that I know that area pretty well. Plus they have some cool record stores and bars. You just have to watch out for the junkies and frat brat types!
I am going to start seriously looking in the next week. Right now, I am just contemplating.
