Well, the rest of my weekend was pretty good.
On Saturday I slept in late and pretty much did nothing through the day. That night I went to the troubadour to see the start and scarling. Good times.
On Sunday I didnt do much again but I did go to Huntington beach and had fish tacos from wahoos. They are so good. Ive never really liked fish that much, but I absolutely love fish tacos. I watched Shallow Hal that night. It was medium. Not that bad but not that great.
Today, went to work after getting way too little sleep. I dont know what it is about Mondays but I never get more than 4 or 5 hours sleep and for some reason I have no problem working 10 hours or more.
Tonight I went to see the start and scarling in Anaheim this time. They played at a little all ages punk club. I think I was about 15 years older than the average age of the kids there. I think the only people that were my age were the people in the bands. But it wasnt bad just kind of different, instead of booze they sold soda pop and candy. Anyway, both of the bands were kick ass. I wasnt sure what to expect from scarling on Saturday but I was impressed. Tonight I was more than impressed, Im definitely gonna check them out the next time they play. Scarling is JesSicka from Jack Off Jills new band. She was great and the band was real tight, especially for being such a new band. I definitely have a new crush in Melanie the guitarist.
Well its late and I should try and get more than four hours sleep tonight.
