the problem was that i had too much hair. i cut it off. better now. every six months, like clockwork: snip.

i am going to take DHEA and GABA for my brain. i am a new chemistry set.

a few months ago, when i quit smoking, i realized that i had been confused. i was buying into the seperation of mind and body. i take good care of my brain - i learn and think. i didn't take good care of my body. now i am changing - eating better, moving more. i feel sharper and stronger. maybe cutting my hair was an expression of that.
