snow! lots of it.
it is hanging from the trees, cracking branches. it is covering the rooftops and roads. it is all over me.
last night it tried to kill me. i lost control on the overpass on my way home from work, and slid perpendicular down the blacktop towards a creeping snowplow. i thought about ditching the car for a second, but decided i'd rather risk hitting the plow blade from inside rather than outside the car. i managed to get some traction and ended up in an embankment. i dug myself out, crept up the hill, and skated down the backside like a steelplastic polar bear. i then proceeded to lose control again on north ave, and ended up stuck on the curb.
dear winter: please stop trying to kill me. i have a lot to do!
