Right now I only practice the mani mantra with my mala. I haven't learned much about any other mantras, and I really feel like I need a teacher, because I have horrible pronunciation skills, so I am quite nervous when trying to learn mantras from books. I am slowly learning the gayatri mantra, because I have a audio sample of it sung by a woman, which I let loop during the day at work. It's beautiful.
Do you have any suggestions? I would love to have your insight if you have any to offer.
