my new replacement NASA album came today, promising a retro-future filled with bubble cars, cities in the sky, statues of buckminster fuller, and android sexbots. i am listening to it now, and scrubbing a weeks' worth of filth* from my mind. nothing gets the angst out like mindless, terminally un-hip un-selfconcious electropop.

- mailed pkgs to various people.

just wanted to do a little update: i have not had a panic attack in 1 1/2 months (thanks to paxil and yoga), and i haven't felt my heartbeat in a month (which is a great thing!). i totally give you and Takshi21 the credit for giving me the streangth to go see my doctor and get on meds-so if you ever feel down about yourself, or are having a bad day, remember-you made a big, quantifiable, positive differance in my life.
oh, and i cut out coffee too. that was a hard one for me. good luck with your chemistry experiment.

when the tv here gets confused it shows a featureless blue screen. i miss the snow signal and the empty soft air soundtrack. it is quite beautiful in the dark.
