Rue Morgue issue #52 is a special one for the Rue Crew; it celebrates the closing of our eighth year in publishing which saw the arrival of three new permanent staff members Managing Editor Dave Alexander, Graphic Designer Brett Bakker and Office Manager Audra Butera and the ushering in of a new era for the magazine as President/Editor-In-Chief Rod Gudino bids farewell to the readers in his final editorial.
Gudino leaves to develop Rue Morgue Cinema, an exciting new wing in the companys operations. Im more than thrilled to take up my new post as Editor-In-Chief of Rue Morgue Magazine as he continues to oversee the business as President and Publisher, while writing and directing genre films of his own.
As for what you can expect in the new year, you can look forward to a new issue in January, well take a slight break to catch our breath in February, but will return to shelves in March and every month thereafter.
As the year draws to a close, we thank you for your enduring support and passion for what we do. Seasons Grievings from all of us at Rue Morgue Magazine. See you next year.
