I had a discussion with a bulk driver (the people who drive the carts of bulk to the doors where we're loading) tonight because he wouldn't take any of my empty carts. I may or may not have called him a lazy jerk-off.
When I make the move to supervisor, I'll be needing a gym membership. Not until after I get lots of other things settled first, but I'm going to need some way to replace the 5 hour workout that is my current position.
That's it. I did a record 21 carts of bulk (over 70 lbs) tonight and I am beat.

you're right, it is bullshit when people get away with anything they want, just because of seniority, especially when they're lazy and useless...and there have been so many situations where i wanted to say something to the people that pull that type of shit...but i've never been in a position to...so it's definately heartening to hear about someone who says exactly the same thing you want to....that and it's funny to picture you throwing a tire at a random dude on a cell phone....
