August 31, 2013 had a family bbq to celebrate what would have been my grandpa's 77th birthday. we had a good time and grandma got what she wanted. starting midnight on september 1 i'll be starting my graveyard shift work. i will now be working 12am-8am pst almost everyday so i may be more inclined to write more blogs. i can smell football season just around the corner and i have to have proof f a super bowl winner before the season starts so here it goes. the denver broncos will wn the superbowl this season. its ok if im wrong but i have been right the last 4 years. thinking about geting into a routine with these graveyard shifts i will be working i will have a chance to set up a work out which i will try to break out of this 50lb cocoon of fat that has attached itself to me. im starting september at a hefty 230 lbs. i hope there is someone out there to help keep me accountable. i'd love to hear whats going on with you!
