I heard from my girl three days ago. Communication is very limited over there. She's doing just fine, though. Making the best of her situation. I've got a bunch of stuff I'm going to send to her on the 14th, as soon as her mailing address goes active.

When she called, she was still at the training facility in Kuwait, but by now she should be at her permanent duty station, up north. Once she's settled in, communication from her should be much more frequent. I hope so. I miss her so very much.
