Wednesday was good.
My kids went to school today for the first full day of the new school year. My son is now a third grader and my little girl is a brand new Kindergartener. My wife took the day off from work to be there with them and everything went fine until after we had left the school and she broke down crying because our kids are growing up to fast for her liking. I agree with her.
I got what I hope turn out to be some really good news earlier this evening. My brother-in-law and his best friend have found enough guys interested in training to wrestle for me and Frost to bother doing it. Hopefully this time all of the people involved will actually show up and we can get this show on the proverbial road. If we can get a good group of guys trained then we can start running our own shows here in town and that would rule.
The best part of tonight was just laying around the house with Angie and the kids, eating homemade brownies (which I made, by the way) and watching Smallville season one on DVD. Simple pleasures, they're the best.
