So I left the site for about 3 months and decided to come back. I think that time deserves a real blog update, but let's be frank, it was probably a year prior to that without a real update. So let this serve as an update about my life in the past 2 years.

Things on here seem a bit more active than they did the first half of 2012. The boards felt a bit slow, but now busier. I'm hoping this isn't cause I'm playing catch up and once I do they feel slow again. The slow boards were most of the reason I left.

I moved. To the other side of the same city I lived in, but I moved. My apartment is enormous and amazing. It's a couple hundred years old so it's full of beautiful woodwork and brick walls.

I'm downright upset about the NHL lockout. My profile picture probably makes that clear.

In 2 weeks it will be my birthday. I'm turning 28, so that's sort of a forgettable year that doesn't really matter.

Here's a little rant about something that bothers me about this site:

I wish I could update with a pile of pictures and give you something more exciting, but there just aren't any pictures of my doing stuff recently. Maybe I'll take a bunch this week and then do another update.
