So I haven't updated in a while. Her'es the everything:
My dad died Monday Aug 10th. His birthday was the 8th. We had the funeral and sat Shivah. I'm Jewish so it took a full week to do the mourning process. Then I had to rush back to work because I'm paid hourly so I wasn't making money during the two weeks I took off. I did have vacation time, but very little. Like 2 days worth. They gave me some extra though which was very nice of them.
Lately we have started going through the my dad's apartment to clean it and go through stuff. Since the night he died we still haven't been able to find his gun.
I guess I should mention that my dad had just turned 59 and was way sick with ALS. He couldn't even get the strength to breathe the last couple of weeks.
Um, I don't really know what else to update about now. That's about all.
