the weekend...it's not so bad...

i spent friday nite in westport with blakey and kelly from work. i have never seen two bigger players in all my life. haha. that was all great and fine and then...my ex had to go and show up at mccoy's while we were sitting there...i swear...i must have like horrible horrible karma or something. i either have creepy lurkers following me around, or it's my ex...either way...blah. at least i had my old buddy beer to keep me company.

saturday i slept until 2 in the afternoon...which was sooo nice. these early-ass mornings during the week are kicking me in the ass. then i went and washed/detailed the hell out of my cute little car. sigh...i swear to god i'm not THAT materialistic...but yeah...taking care of my car makes me happy.

today, i did "friend maintenance". my friend meredith's boyfriend broke up about a week ago. she's still having trouble getting over it, so we went and got smoothies and smoothie king (her most favorite place on earth) and talked about what an asshole her ex is (which consisted mostly of her sitting and talking bad about him while i just listened...he's still one of my better friends)...sigh...anyone else got 90210 drama going on?

i'm almost finished with zui's bday gifts...
