SOOOO.......i quit smoking today.
this is not a easy feat. if you know me..you know i smoke alot.. and i had one ciggerette this morning and i slaped a patch on and i havent had one all day..
im angry for no reason..but i feel better. i dont feel agervated or anything...im just angry that smoking has to be unhealthy. why cant they make healthy ciggerettes because i love smoking. its one of the only things that makes me happy. kinda like how food makes people happy, ciggerettes do the same for me.
I have quit smoking alot...but ive never gone all day without one. i usually give up the first gas station i pass.
So, im in the process of quiting gambling, im in the process of quiting smoking. i wonder how many more bad habits i can break this month...hhhmmmmm.

however, quitting 2 things at once is highly stressful, and typically ends unsuccessfully. and when people do not succeed , they tend to beat themselves up (taken from countless personal experiences).
