Well, I'm pretty sure I'm down to 215lbs now, 10 lower than I was a month ago. And I've pretty much got a 2-pack now, instead of a slowly forming keg gut; next up will be a 4-pack. I'm not sure if I'll go for the gold of a 6-pack, those are pretty hard to maintain with my activities.
30-45 minutes, once every other day, try for situps and pushups each morning... I am my own workout video, and I'm pleased with the results.
