2) I don't think you're "nice", and having dated an extraordinary number of "nice" guys, I think I'm something of an expert. I think you're the kind of guy who wouldn't hesitate to get your freak on with a girl if given an opportunity, and have a good time of it at that. "Nice" guys often will not take a direct goddamned invitations in this area, and rarely get all that freaky.
