Here is the story of my weekend; On saturday I meant to get up at 9am but I slept in so woke up at 12pm and was supposed to meet a friend at 12.30pm so we could talk about a job assessment/interview that we were going to have at 1.30pm. Left my house and got into stockton (where the interview was) at about 1pm, but I got off at the wrong stop, so had to walk halfway across the town, finally getting into the place at 13.25 just in time. At the assesment I passed it and went for an interivew buy my friend failed which was crappy. I totally mucked up the interview though and didnt get out of it until 4pm(thought I would be done by 2.30pm). Now this wouldnt have been a problem but I was supposed to meet St George in a pub in Leeds at 5pm! After the interview I wasnt helped by the bus being late and not getting back into Middlesbrough until 4:40pm. When I got back to my house I got ready as quickly as I could and went into town to get a bite to eat(hadnt eaten anything all day), finished my food at about 5.10pm and went to the train station just down the road.
When I got there my day started to get worse the next train to Darlington was not until 6.45pm as it was running 30mins late and the next one direct to Leeds wasnt until 7.20pm, I deceided to get the one to Darlington and change there. Got to Darlington around 7:15pm and the Bristol train that would normally go to Leeds wasnt due until 7:45 as it too was running 30mins late. When it arrived and I got on I found out that it was not stopping at Leeds this time so I would need to change at York, I thought fair enough as my dad had informed me trains to Leeds from York were every 15 mins. Well on a normal day they would have been but I got to York at about 8:45 and surprise, surprise the next train to Leeds was not for another 45 minutes, I forgot to mention all this time it was -degrees in the stations (forgot to mention all I had on was a pair of jeans, T-shirt,, cardigan and a light jacket(couldnt find my gloves). The train arrived in Leeds at 10pm and I went to the hotel, by this time I was absolutely frozen and very tired so was going to call it a night, StGeorge replied that they were going to go to a pub just round the corner from my hotel to meet me and I agreed to meet about 11pm, foolishly though I laid back on my bed to relax a bit and of course fell asleep not waking up again till 4am. Would have met up with the guys that were at the Leeds meet today but didnt get any txts back so deceided to go back in the morning. But thats not all, I got ready to go and had just locked my hotel room door when the fire alarm went off, after going down 8 flights of stairs I was told with the other guests to wait at the outside of the building until the fire brigade could arrive and give it the all clear. After waiting for 15 mins with no sign of the fire brigade 4 of them turned up at once with an ambulance, after another 15 minutes they came out again and it turned out to be a false alarm. When i went back into the hotel to check out I then had to wait another 15mins why the staff went back to their jobs before I was finally allowed to leave. Needless to say I got back to Middlesbrough with no delays at all and walked home and slept the rest of the day. Hopefully everything wont conspire against me next time!

Dude, that sucks. Sorry to hear man. I think most of us were too knacked to do anything on Sunday hence the lack of texts back. We'll get a new meet sorted out soon enough like.

Thanx dude. I don't know if I can get an over view of the map but I will give it a go. The tips seem helpfull, I will try this weekend. And eastenders is a cool show.
