The lights are turned way down low...let it snow...let it snow...let it snow...
And snow it did...but it didn't seem to effect the weekend's festivities, which is a good thing. However, with the word "blizzard" in our forecast at the end of the week, it's time to start planning ahead, I suppose. Something I'm not good at doing.
It was the "Alternative Family Christmas" on Saturday night, which was wonderful. Exchanging gifts and good times with great friends...can't go wrong there. Plus, me and my date, Jose Cuervo, had a VERY special night together.
Stace and I ended up giving one another almost the exact same necklace, which was pretty surprising. I hadn't realized how closely our tastes had migrated toward one another. The greatest gift was having her here though, Having all of these people I love in one room. I'm truly blessed.

Not a big fan. I am tired and sore. I got back from DC yesterday, then in a fit of bad judgment went out for the Volts Ravens game to see my friend who just came back from Egypt. He brought me a cobra skin wallet. I knew between the train rides, the alkeehawl and the night out that my back would be bad today but I really can hardly walk. I have underwater physio tomorrow, and that helps.
So I am tired, played out, an empty vessl from an emotional weekend, but I feel good and ready and locked and loaded.
That's about it.
