So as you know I often go for stretches without responding to people and then do it all at once in a flood, often with little attempt at keeping things in context. What you probably don't know, as I don't think I have ever mentioned this to anyone, is that I often write out my entries on a notebook that I keep by my desk. Especially if I have missed a lot of journals and/or expect to have a lot to say.
Usually I edit my responses as I go along, scribbling out anything that seems to have become moot because of something in a later journal. Then I write my little preamble and throw it all together into one, usually all too long entry. So why am I telling you this? Because this time I kept things even though they became moot. I made no changes. Everything will be recorded as it first came out. No editing. No attempts to refine or second guess. I want you to know exactly how I initially responded to everything.

The last move that affected me was Being Julia. I don't know how much I can say about how or why without spoiling the movie. I just saw a lot of parallels to my life. Great movie by the way. If you have not seen it you should.

I think the same may be happening to me soon as well. I just have so much going on and I think I spend too much time here.

Sweetie, I read that and my heart filled. I want you to know that I could never pity you. Not that I don't wish this wasn't happening to you. Of course, I do, and I wish you a speedy recovery. My thoughts will be with you in these coming months. That being said, pity is something I save for those to weak to deal with what life has to offer. For exmple, as I am sure you have noticed I engage in a fair amount of self pity. When I think back and look over your past journals, all I see is a positive attitude, strength, courage and a deep and abundant capacity for joy, life and love.

I admire you more than you will ever know. To think that you, while dealing with all your own issues, have been able to offer me more comfort and support than most of my offline friends and family, well, it just amazes me. You are an incredible woman. I ♥ you. :

I am not supposed to have it. Too much natural sugar,, so I only drink it when I am sick. It tastes so good then that I never have anything else with it.

Nice teamwork too from JJ -- Tiny E really was hurt by not having MW around to help -- it was a 2 on 1 deal -- you knew Tony Stewart was going to double cross him sooner or later and you can't blame Busch for going for the win -- but Johnson gave JG the push (and E didn't block) and then on the last restart Busch found out what Earnhardt Sr. knew -- you do not get around the Rainbow Warrior with money on the table down the stretch at teh 500.

Gonna be a fun year especially with Harvick and Stewart already getting into people's heads. You know, people seem to kinda shrug Stewart off -- he's one of the top 5 drivers in the world -- since he is an Indy car and NASCAR god -- but Harvick is a little pissant who has to by crying that Busch is on such a huge upward urve and Harvick is just a novelty act. He's useless considering that he is in a Goodwrench/RCR car.

Boogity indeed. I had butterflies big time.

I've had a few breakdown like that. Not many, just times when every thing seems overwhelming, and then one thing happens and every thing goes to shit. I didn't take advantage of the nice weather down here, and today it rains; so it goes. I use to love NASCAR, but for some reason I just can't get as excited about it any more. I'll probably watch the Daytona 500, and keep my eye on the season, but my heart lies with Formula 1. If you get a chance, go to the US Grand Prix this summer, and you'll understand what I mean.

Ham Dinger:
Place ham paties on a cooking sheet with whole pinapple rings on top. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes, then place cheese slieces on top of each, and let melt. Serve on a bun with a side of your choise. Great for watching sporting events on tv.
