Maybe some of you women out there can help me. I work in the cold and my hands get real dry like so dry they start to crack and bleed. I put a bunch of coco butter on them and it feels a little better but what is the best way to keep my hands moisturized?

Finally got some new ink done tonight after like 10 months of having this piece on my arm unfinished. Still not very close to having a full sleeve but I'm like over half. So the sleeve is better half full then empty I guess ...lol..
