Almost end of week update:
I have been working a lot, because for retail purposes Xmas started already and that means, among other things, that I have to work more than usual...but I am free since yesterday and until tomorrow, when I will hang out with Inocencia at her dad's birthday smile
I just watched the Colo Colo of Chile defeat Los Diablos Rojos of Toluca 2-1 in Chile, and I am hoping that Toluca pounds them in Mexico next week. Also, yesterday Pachuca won in Brazil against Atletico Paranaense in a cool game, athought tonight's was more fun smile Also, yesterday I watched a friendly between Brazil and Switzerland which was also fun smile Nex week, Barca needs to win at the Champions, badly, also, the Gunners need to fucking win too!!! another good match will be the rematch between Lyon and Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu smile
New music includes the new Velcro album, the "Grey's anatomy" soundtracks, the new Bloc Party album, new Sparta, more Fania reissues by Joe Bataan, the new Alejandro Sanz and many more...
Today I watched "Thank you for smoking" and loved it, one of the year's best! Also, on Wednesday watched my dear friend Omar "Harsh times" and loved it too. It is a very intense drama about an insane war veteran and his best friend while in LA for a few days. Althought there is some predictable stuff happening in the movie, I still found it a movie worth watching and a good directorial debut for David Ayer, who also wrote "Training Day" and adapted an Ellroy work into a cool but unknown movie named "Dark Blue". But steer away from "SWAT" which was horrible...
I am now testing Sound's mix cd for the PSW group, and so far I think the songs work well together smile
I finished another good novel by the great Colombian writer Santiago Gamboa. This one is titled tongueerder es cuestion de metodo" and deals with a mistery: who was the guy found impaled in the water and who did that to him. The main character is a journalist who works part-time as a private investigator and is torn up about that and many other things, and lots of heavy and some funny stuff happens to him in the book. I laughed out loud a few times and found myself caring for a few of the characters, Gamboa can make characters like that, imaginary people that stay with you after the story ended...anyway, I strongly recommend this book, and all his other ones too. After that I started another book by him: "El cerco de Bogota", and so far I am liking it a lot!!! smile
I think I will end this now, hopefully I will write more in the weekend, I wish you all a great one, tons of love to all, as always kiss kiss kiss kiss kiss

PS as usual, I am still adding more music for sharing: pop music, rock and more rock, tropical stuff and jazz stuff, bye smile
