New update, for the last week of September, 2006:
A few things to keep record of:
1. Boca Junior won 1-0 against Nueva Chicago, they play again on Thursday, also, more UEFA CHampions league games this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus I am happy that El America lost against Las aguilas de Morelia last week!!!!!
2. I got two of the new Jesus and Mary Chain reissues, plus I got the first Dresden Dolls album!!
3.I finish my book on Africa, and it was such and intense reading...I learned a lot, about the beauty and the ugly, and the cruel and the unfair side of the African continent. It made me feel unable to come up with a way to fix the problems there...there is so much to do.... The stories about the many countries, the anecdotes and troubles in reporting them are very intense, the author got sick with Malaria, almost died in the desert when his vehicle broke down, was attacked on an ambush by a rocket, etc. highly recommended, his name is Ryszard Kapuscinski and he has a ton of books published.
4. This week I will hopefully get my Pogues reissues!!!
5. Miguel, Elga's boyfriend, is coming to perform a concert plus teach a few classes at the Puerto Rico Music Conservatory and hopefully I will hang out with him, he is very nice and I miss him...
