New update, hopefully not the last one of the month (I have been too busy!!):
1. My Red Sox got eliminated in the first round of the playoffs, but at least the Yankees lost too!! and the White Sox are in the World Series, and I feel emphaty towards them, hopefully they will bring a baseball championship to the Windy City!!
2. I finished reading "Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell" and loved it, a classic, also read the latest beautyful book by the genious Neil Gaiman, and enjoyed it very much! I am now reading a few stuff at the same time, including "The electric kool aid test" by Tom Wolfe and "American Gods" by Mr. Gaiman, for the second time.
3. I got tons of new music, including the Magnetic fileds, the new Fiona Apple, new New Pornographers, latest Broken Social Scene, latest Cultura Profetica, latest HIM, latest Ryan Adams, latest bootleg thing by Bob Dylan, latest Franz Ferdinand, latest Coheed and Cambria, etc.
4. The latest Cultura Profetica album is so GOOD!! Anyone into groovy hip hop or roots reggae will love this, check it out!
5. Saw "A history of violence", The Station agent" and "Lord of war" and loved them, especially the Cronenberg film, one of the years best!!! Cronenberg is such a perv, his sex life must scary or amazing, or both!
