i have a blockbuster online account. i put those movies on my list months ago... a while ago, i tried to mix them up because i realized i put so many older movies on at the same time, and i was dreading getting nothing but things like Citizen Kane, Whatever Happened To Baby Jane, Dr. Strangelove, Vertigo... etc etc all at the same time... i'm eager to see all of those movies, but three at a time can do some funny stuff to your brain... i just forgot to mix up the genres. like one week i got Better Than Chocolate, The Hours, and Aimee & Jaguar...all movies with lesbians as their central characters... once i had a Chloe Sevingy week too... Gummo, Dogville and Julian Donkey Boy...and two of those being by Harmony Korine... the combination of those three pretty much detonated my brain for several days. i still get really sad when i think of Dogville...so fucked up.
i think i dont have any fun movies on there because i dont like modern comedies... and i refuse to put any film on my queu that i've already seen... although i have been really hurting to watch Swingers and the Big Lebowski lately and my brother took our only copies when he moved out.

So, what did you think of Zidane after the final? No matter what the player said to taunt him, he shouldn't have taken the bait. It's a shame; had Zidane been in the penalty kick phase, France would have had more confidence and probably won.

i dont know if that counting crows song was on any of their actual albums, but it was on the soundtrack for Cruel Intentions. my brother had it (he has a lot of cds, mostly crap, or crap albums w/ just a few good songs). that soundtrack had a few gems i think, the only other one that i remember was a Placebo song that i cant recall the name of... but if you've seen Cruel Intentions, the counting crows song is playing over the scene where the virgin (reese witherspoon) finally gives in and sleeps with the slutty guy (ryan phillippe)... the song really drives home the tenderness of the scene (as it's supposed to be a total 180 for the male character)

i didn't know there were plans to make a movie of jeff buckley's life... i'm deffiently interested to see how that would go. i have Grace on vinyl and it is one of my most prized possessions. it was the second peice of vinyl i ever bought that wasn't used. his cover of Hallelujah is heartwrenching... i downloaded Leonard Cohen's version as well as a live cover by Bob Dylan... both are amazing too. and i find that everyone who does it, does it a little different. each version of the song i have (all on my ipod), the lyrics are a little different. a little bit added, a little taken away. but for me, jeff's cover will always be the quintessential version.

yeah, i'd like to pursue photography again. i 've got tons of amazing ideas in my head, i just cant get them down on film. it's pretty frustrating not having access to a dark room and everything.

i purposely didn't put my myspace address on my profile. i'm pretty picky about who i accept as friends on there... i'd accept you though. we've taked plenty and you're not a creep or friend-whore (i hate those on myspace. it's all about the number of friends. ugh)

i was just trying to think of a big ungraceful animal...after watching this movie packed full of elegant graceful women.... i was going to say clumsy horse, but then i thought that horses are really very beautiful and graceful so i thought that hippos are really bumbbilng, like i am. i mean, i slouch, i walk in big striding steps, i bump into things often, i trip over my own feet... i dont think there's a single graceful thing about me. it's not self abuse. i'm ok with not being graceful. just in comparison to all the women in memoirs of a geisha, i really am this bumbling clumsy thing

As for your dogs: Having three females, or any household with the same gender of dogs is like a time bomb waiting to go off. Dogs that are the same gender are prone to have dominance/territory battles more than mixing up the genders will...

I hope that you can sort that out before anymore severe blow ups happen...

vacations are nice

i haven't even had so much as a cavity... so the idea of having someone remove teeth is completely horrible. which is why if i need them taken out... i wont let just anyone do it. i'll need an oral surgeon and iv drugs. oral surgeons are the only ones who will use iv drugs to knock you out before extracting your wisdom teeth.
