My sister and her fiance came to visit from Arizona this weekend. We went to Knotts Berry Farm yesterday and had an awesome time in the rain. We went on the log ride three times, twice on the white water rapids, once on the ghost rider, once on the jaguar (which I thought sucked ass, but whatever), once on the swings that went up and down, and I can't remember what else. You shoulda seen the pictures that were taken when we were on the log rides. My mouth was open in almost all the shots and it was disgusting because the water sprayed me. It was really cold earlier that day so my sister bought me a Ruby Gloom hoodie. She even paid my way in. How awesome of her! There was some dance competition going on I guess, because when we pulled into one of the lots, some guy asked, "Are you here for the dance competition?" and I burst out laughing and he smiled and told us to go to the other lot. I had funnel cake for the first time, and I wasn't impressed because I looked around at everyone else's cake and theirs were so full and ours was all lacy and skimpy looking. Grrrr! That'll learn me to try new things...

Today we tried going to Hometown Buffet for brunch but it was busy because today was the last day of the Grand Prix. So we opted for Japanese fast food and it was just okay. I spent too much on something I didn't even finish, so I'm sort of kicking myself. My sister and Shawn drove back to Arizona after we watched a couple of Simpsons episodes, and now I miss her a lot because I won't be seeing her for a long time.

And now I'm going to go fix my damn hair. I messed it up last week.
