Finally getting around to watching the season 2 DVDs of "Heroes". I figure now that I have a normal job I ought to be able to keep current with a few television shows. I just have to catch up.
I've been giving serious consideration to adding Showtime to my cable package because the third season of "Dexter" is about to start. But the bill is already $140 and that seems a bit ridiculous. I dunno, we'll see.
Date #2 with Liz is next Sunday. It feels like a long wait between our initial meeting last weekend. I'm taking her on the lighthouse tour boat that departs out of North Kingstown. Hoping for good weather. I don't know her well enough yet to guess at how this whole thing might pan out, but there's undoubtedly mutual interest and I'm sure as hell more attracted to her than the one I wrote about in the date-from-hell post.
Sam Adams Octoberfest is excellent. Get yourself some.
