My blood pressure is too high. Seriously.

I mean... I feel fine. Great even. But I've been tracking my BP and it is in the range where I'll be disqualified from driving the next time I take a physical.

So... I need to get a doc. I don't even have one. Then I need to get on some meds. I'm a bit worried about this. It's so weird that I can have this problem but feel perfectly fine.

Distressing. Jeez I am only 33. WTF?

I went through the same shit last summer, I cut out pop, and most fast food, I started eating subway, and lots of wendys chilli, my BP went right back down.
