So I heard if you die in your dreams, then you die in real life.
Idon't know about that. but last night was anight full of nightmares. My favorite was the one where i beg my parents not to leave me as they get in the car with my sister and drive off. I get stuck under the car, and my legs are getting run over because i refuse to let go. I woke up screaming and with my legs in absolute pain. And today? It hurts to walk and my head feels like it did when i had my concussion.
Nightmares? again? last time this lasted a week, I didn't slepp for 1 week. I became all delusional. lost my grip on reality. almost like a nervous breakdown. Sounds fun
I don't know what triggers this. My depression? HElp
